What I do
I help businesses run on systems instead of reminders. That usually means three things working together: a website that explains the offer and captures enquiries, a CRM that organises every lead, and automation that responds and follows up — by SMS, email, chat or voice.
GoHighLevel is where I have the most experience: 4 years of setting up accounts, pipelines, workflows, funnels, calendars and snapshots, and of fixing accounts that grew messy over time. Around that I build websites in WordPress and Astro, configure Conversation AI and Voice AI assistants, and design the graphics that keep a brand consistent.
How I work
I start from how your customers actually reach you and what should happen next, then build the simplest setup that handles it reliably. Everything is named clearly and documented, so your team can understand and manage it after handover.
I'm straightforward about limits too. Some features depend on your platform plan, AI tools need accurate information to give good answers, and no one can honestly guarantee rankings or revenue. What I can promise is careful work, clear communication and systems that make sense.
