Clinic Lead-to-Booking Pipeline
A GoHighLevel setup that turns form, call and chat enquiries into booked consultations with automatic reminders.

This is a demonstration concept describing how I would approach this kind of project. It is not a client case study, and no client results are claimed.
The scenario
A multi-practitioner clinic receives enquiries from web forms, Facebook lead ads and phone calls. Each lands somewhere different, and follow-up depends on who checks which inbox.
The approach
- One pipeline with stages that match the clinic’s real journey: New enquiry → Contacted → Consultation booked → Attended → Treatment plan.
- Every source tags the contact and creates an opportunity, so the pipeline is the single source of truth.
- A first-response workflow sends an SMS and email within a minute, then offers the booking calendar.
- Reminder and no-show workflows move the opportunity automatically and notify the front desk only when a person is needed.
What gets delivered
- Pipeline and custom fields
- Lead source tagging
- First-response workflow
- Booking calendar
- Reminder and no-show workflows
- Team handover guide
